If you're a FrogsThemes subscriber, have made a recent purchase of a theme or FrogCare you have access to our ticketing system. Just login to your account and go to the "Support" section using the top menu. Then click the links to "View Your Support tickets". Please note that you must be logged in to submit a ticket.
To submit a ticket, just click "Submit a ticket" in the top right of the page.
Add a subject and give as much detail as possible about your issue, as this will help us to answer your question.
We aim to answer all tickets within 48 hours but it may take a little longer. Our office hours are 9-5 GMT, Mon-Fri, but your ticket may be answered outside this time.
You will receive an email to say your ticket has been updated with a response once we have replied and there will be a link in the email to view the ticket and close or add a new reply.
