The FrogsThemes team keep business hours, 9am-5pm (GMT) Monday-Friday. We endeavour to reply to support tickets within 48 hours. Tickets may be answered outside our normal working hours, but we can’t promise a response over the weekend.

Support Policy

Our main priority is to provide technical support for our Pro users. This means that we can help you with the following:

  • Account issues and queries 
  • Technical support on themes 
  • Copyright and piracy reports 
  • General queries 
  • Breaches of our terms and conditions (such as spamming or inappropriate content) 
  • Themes that are faulty or do not work as described 
  • Feedback (we value positive and negative feedback!)

Our support team cannot help with the following:

  • Help finding specific items 
  • Technical support for trial themes 
  • Problems navigating or using PayPal

If you need extensive theme modification, we have our team at the ready who should be able to help you.
