Setting up the Blog page
Before you start adding posts, you will want to make sure that you have set the blog page up correctly.
You should add a page called ‘Blog’ and one called something like ‘Home’ (that will act as the home page on your site).
Now go to Settings -> reading and select the option ‘A static page’ for ‘Front page displays’. For ‘Front page’, select the home page you just added and for the ‘Posts page’, select the Blog page.
Finally, in the theme options under Removals Pro -> Theme Options you will find some options specific to the Blog under the ‘Blog’ tab. Select these as you see fit and save once complete.
Now that is in place, you are ready to start adding some posts.
Posts should be added in the standard way in WordPress under the ‘Posts’ section in the admin. Simply click Posts -> Add New.
Add a title and content as you would any post (using the Visual Composer for advanced layouts if you wish).
Select a category in the right column or add a new one if it is required for the post.
Next you will want to select a post format. As you will see in the right column under Posts Formats, the theme allows for the following:
Decide on the post format you need and then you will want to fill out one of the options from the Post format Options underneath.
If you have select ‘Image’, you should simply add a featured image to the post and it will use that throughout.
